Registration Policies

All registration cancellations and substitutions must be submitted to NACDS using the forms available at https://regional.nacds.org/register/. For paid registrations, all individual cancellations must be submitted by Friday, December 18, 2026, to be eligible for a refund less a $250 administrative fee. After December 18, 2026, no refunds will be issued. Refunds, if applicable, will be made after the meeting. If you have any questions regarding your meeting registration, please contact the NACDS Registration Department at registration@nacds.org.

NACDS’ priority is to conduct the Regional Chain Conference in accordance with official government, local authorities, and venue specific regulations and recommendations; as well as what NACDS deems is appropriate. NACDS reserves the right to change, update, or add to these guidelines at any time as it deems prudent to best protect the health and safety of our attendees, colleagues and industry partners. 

NACDS does not sell or make available our attendee lists to any outside vendors. Please contact NACDS if an organization claims to sell our attendee lists. 

Hotel Information

NACDS has designated MCI USA as the official housing provider for the NACDS Regional Chain Conference and has secured a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point at an exclusive group rate of $379.00 per night.

Once registered, you will receive a Registration Confirmation email containing a link to the official housing provider site to make your hotel reservation. Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a hotel confirmation email from MCI USA. This email will include your acknowledgment number, booking details, and a link to modify or cancel your reservation, if needed.

Please note that after Friday, December 18, 2026, any changes to your hotel reservation must be made directly with the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point. After this date, the quoted hotel room rate and availability cannot be guaranteed.
